This involves physical growth, mental growth and psychological growth among others. The more one grows, the more he/she can carry out the task, and make decisions the t concerns him/her. Development begins in the time of birth, up to infancy, middle-age level, adolescence level until adulthood. Physical development seen is more important in children’s development. (Herodek & Simonović, 2013). States that physical activity in young children is used to enhance the concentration of children on their day-to-day activities, behavior motivation, learning and their physical well-being. Some physical development activities are essential and advisable to parents to introduce them to their children to develop the mental and physically .this activities may include;Taking family walksThis could involve activities like running, walking, jogging and matching with the family members’ .this activities apply to children about three years and above. This will enhance interaction with family members and hence develop interactive stills to the child, and this will be more fun and enthusiastic to all family members in general. The main aim of going for a walk to strengthen muscles and bones as more walk activities will stimulate muscle growth and breaking down fats for health purposes.Dance to musicDances involve rhythms, which are enjoyed by toddlers to middle ages children and some adults as well. This rhythm will keep the child in movement. Music comprises of different styles, which require varied effort to dance, which in turn boosts physical development of the child. These movements, according to the techniques, make the child be in commotion and play a better part in the event of stronger bones. The music will also boost child’s listening skills, as one will need to listen and pay attention to the beat to dance .it even more enjoyable and helps in brain relaxation as well.Introduction of games from your childhoodFollowing author’s, everybody despite the age enjoys sports. Introduction of games during childhood periods will make the child more excited, relaxed and physically fit as well. This game involves running, playing and communicating (Donnelly & Argyle, 2016). This will make the child sweat and eliminate excess fats in the body. They will sometimes need a leader who will guide them, and this promotes concentration. Brain-boosting exercises as a child will apply mass thinking and attention to avoid being defeated.Letting children do house choresInvolving children in performing house chores will not only keep them active but also expose them to accountability and self-reliable. This will affect some life skills to the child, which will make them, grow as an accountable person and ready to fulfil lifetime responsibilities. It is also beneficial as a parent is relieved from excess chores hence focus on other essential activities.Add propsThis is achieved by introducing a prop or hula-hoop to a toddler. It is more challenging and fun, as well (Sund, Larsson & Wichstrøm, 2015). This will keep the child fit and develop body balance while doing the workouts. This will prepare the child for more challenging situations in their adolescence level hence are fit to face them. This type of activity also improves the child’s concentration and physically fit.Brain drains and brain workoutsThis may involve, assigning children to button and unbutton their attire, let them find an identical apple in the basket, use of riddles and brain challenges. This will develop brains metabolism and enable the child to improve their brain also acts as a challenge and puzzle to the young ND hence prepare them for more problems in their next stage.ConclusionAccording to the above illustrations, it is the responsibility of the parent to introduce the physical development activities to their children for them to benefit mentally and physically.
